Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your services for a full refund for any reason by providing written notice to us within 7 days of the enrollment date (the “Refund Period”). In the event you cancel your services after the Refund Period, you will remain obligated to pay all remaining unpaid service fees in full. We may cancel your services at any time for any reason by providing written notice to you. In the event that we cancel your services, we will provide a prorated refund. Notwithstanding our obligation to refund prorated service fees in the event of our cancellation of your services, no other partial or full refunds will be given to Client for any reason on any date after the Refund Period expires. Neither Client’s cancellation, nor Client’s failure to effectively participate or utilize in the services, are grounds for a refund after the Refund Period.
