We're a Doctor's Office, Not An Ad Agency
I know firsthand the challenges of running a private practice, especially marketing.
Obviously, marketing is the lifeblood to growing a practice, but if you've tried it, you know it's not easy.
I've hired large agencies and marketing consultants. I've wasted thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours with little to show for it.
In 2017, I decided there had to be a better way.
I built my own in-house marketing team focused on building systems that consistently generate new patients each month.
Through a lot of trial, error, and on-going optimization I was able to achieve this goal for my own practice.
But it didn't take long for other doctors to notice and ask if I would share my marketing with them.
I’ll be honest, I was reluctant about this for two reasons:
1. I didn’t want to share my secrets
2. I didn't like the idea of being an agency
But, I realized my mission to help more people improve their health is limited if I kept it to myself.
Now, doctors and healthcare providers can use the same marketing systems I still us in my practice every day.
Which is why I say, "we're a doctors office, not an ad agency."
